Danielle Papillon, Vice President, Strategy &  Training. Toronto, Canada Danielle role is to identify and optimize the individual training programs appropriate for each client’s needs. She then organizes the program implementation and facilitates training using best international practices in project management and data analysis. She also participates in the evaluation and delivery of our client's requirements. Career Synopsis: Danielle is a training and facilitation specialist with fifteen (15) years of experience working in both English and French. Her sharp business sense she has been developed through exposure to a multitude of small, medium and large business infrastructures in the property development and operations industry for such clients as Brookfield, Ivanhoe- Cambridge and Oxford Properties Group.  Similarly, she has served the construction industry, for such clients as Aecon, NAC (North American Construction) and Flynn Canada. Danielle successfully specializes in implementing and training for project management software ranging from small to medium size systems using MS Project to large size systems using Primavera P6. As well she is a soft skills facilitator in project management, such as for stress management, leadership and enterprise judgement. For example, she has worked closely with Magna International Inc. alongside the University of Toronto to develop project management “smartness” for their global project managers. As a project manager herself, she designs, develops, implements and has managed several pilot programs and many setups and rollouts. Anticipating the future of each client’s needs, she teaches the concept of data management and analysis, which enhances the value of the client’s investment in their data and information assets. Danielle’s training and facilitating style is hands-on and very interactive.
